 Conflict denotes total discrepancy between two or more individuals involved in the organization process. The video has emphasized numerous concepts which had been elucidated by the waterman and brewer in 2018. This comprises of the concept of good relationship and openness in the organization operation. The operative relationship guarantees that the members are in good agreement. This ensures that effective decisions can be reached hence taking a considerate action leading to better operation. In cases when people are not in a good relationship, the final impact is failing due to associated discrimination.

Healthier relationships will help in having people from different backgrounds and with new ideas. It helps in the exchange of ideas on what needs to be done hence leading to the better undertaking of the ideas. Generally, good relationships will result in the comprehension of every person’s reimbursements in the organization hence leading to an intensification in the production level associated with certain organization operations.

Openness in the organization has been discussed as a strategy applied to have transparency in the operation. This is accredited to the motive that, it guarantees that everybody has been trustful in undertaking his or her role in the organization. This is because the conflict leads to the failure of the organization's income and members tends to operate awkwardly. Therefore, in quintessence of certifying that there has been an effective operation of the organization, the issue of the openness and effective relationship needs to be ensured. This will incorporate better strategies that are essential in the reduction of the conflict being incurred hence healthier operation. Conflict act as a hindrance for the organization development and hence these mechanism are effective in the reduction of any disagreements associated with the individuals. In conclusion, it can be recommended that every organization needs to venture into the application of openness and a better relationship for the considerate outcome.
